We are very excited to announce that effective 28th August 2017, our cloud provider partners are operating under a new program name – the VMware Cloud Provider™ Program. Previously referred to as the VMware vCloud Air Network, this elite group of over 4,000 partners provide VMware based cloud services in over 100 countries.
Changing our program name helps to showcase what our ecosystem of partners does best: deliver world-class cloud services based on the VMware Cloud Infrastructure. For our customers, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to find cloud services that extend your data centers and private clouds, while helping you to tap into new, enhanced services from a growing set of global Cloud Provider Partners. By providing specialized cloud services, these partners address specific customer requirements for compliance, vertical market expertise, data sovereignty and more. Be sure to take time to find your ideal cloud provider today – you’ll be glad you did.
For our partners, it’s as simple as being a member in our Cloud Provider Program. As such, you are a key part of VMware’s cloud strategy. VMware is continuing to make significant investments to expand and enhance our portfolio of cloud products and services. At the same time, we will continue to grow and refine our program to better address your needs as a partner and, as a result, enable you to provide even better cloud service options to our mutual customers around the globe.
Revising the name of our program is just one move in a series of enhancements that will make it easier for both customers and partners to work with VMware. We look forward to meeting the needs of each moving forward.
