The Enterprise Service Cloud leverages VMware vRealize SuiteⓇ to automate and simplify the performance, troubleshooting and capacity management of the cloud infrastructure. It also benefits from VMware NSX® and VMware vSphere® too, running on VxBlock and further hardware components from Dell EMC.

While in the past we were able to deliver releases and new capabilities only on a quarterly basis, now we can do so in weeks, and soon it will be days.”
