We’re pleased to announce a world first in cloud networking.

One we think will carry digital transformations for the next 20 years at least.

As of May 29th, VMware are the only vendor to offer a truly integrated, end-to-end Virtual Cloud Network. Giving businesses a consistent foundation for building their next-generation capabilities.

Building on the success of our NSX SD-WAN product, we’ve developed a full portfolio of solutions to deliver a consistent Virtual Cloud Network. One in which security is an integral to every single component. With connectivity across data centers, branch, cloud, and edge environments.

Because we’ve been working extensively with network virtualisation and hyper-converged infrastructure for many years, we’re well-placed to develop solutions that are both innovative and secure. The Virtual Cloud Network has security embedded into infrastructure. All in-flight data is encrypted to prevent theft, and automated systems respond to threats in real time.

Many of our customers are already using our Virtual Cloud Network to great effect. The largest telco network in APAC has used our NSX SD-WAN as the basis of a network with vastly extended customer-facing capabilities, improve cost performance, and increase resilience.

Swisscom are using our platforms to develop a network that allows customers to access services seamlessly from anywhere on the globe.

Many others are already using it as the core platform in their next-generation digital services. As the basis for capabilities like 5G, IoT enablement, and true end-to-end cloud computing across private and public cloud implementations.

To discover how we can help your business reach the next level with the Virtual Cloud Network, see our customers success stories here.
